Pandion LLC was founded to manage risk and improve operations for health care, service, and technology companies.  Our key action was to integrate people, processes and technology.

Pandion LLC is expanding from that consulting base to both manage operations resilience programs directly and consult with companies understand their risks and how to manage them.  We have recently been asked to assist families preparing for disruptive events.

Peter Van Loon, the founder, is a senior operational leader with extensive experience delivering operational and financial results.  He graduated from Wharton with an MBA in finance.
